Girls Inc. Chicago offers PPO-tiered medical coverage for Full-Time Employees through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, with coverage effective on the first day.

Dental & Vision Insurance
Girls Inc. Chicago offers Dental and vision insurance for Full-Time Employees through Delta Dental, with both PPO and HMO options, and with coverage effective on the first day.
Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability (STD)

Girls Inc. of Chicago offers life and AD&D insurance, plus short-term disability coverage for Full-Time Employees through Guardian, with premiums based on salary and coverage effective on the first day.

Retirement Plan
Girls Inc. of Chicago offers 403(b) Retirement Savings plan through Mutual of America with up to 3% employer match and full vesting after three years, plus options for loans and hardship withdrawals.
Paid Time Off (PTO)

Full-time employees accrue 15 (120 hours) PTO days, along with one floating holiday, with set accrual and rollover limits

Tuition Reimbursement or Student Loan Assistance

Employees are eligible for Tuition Reimbursement and Student Loan Assistance after completing one (1) year of full-time service, subject to program guidelines, annual caps, and prior approval
