With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Ashley Frazier has a strong background in operations and employee relations. She is highly skilled in managing sensitive employee issues and conducting thorough incident investigations. Known for her discretion, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality, Ashley consistently navigates complex situations with integrity and care.
She is also recognized as a strong communicator and effective problem-solver, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills that enable her to build positive, productive relationships across all levels of an organization. In her role as the People & Culture Manager, Ashley is tasked with cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace where all team members feel valued, heard, and supported.
Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fisk University and a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
